A tailored service for every client We tailor our service to each individual client as we believe that you and your business are unique and the service we offer you should reflect that fact. No minimum fee We do not impose minimum time or fee contracts on our clients, nor do we provide additional services that would not add value to your business.
Assessing your needs With every new client we review what their initial needs are in a brief initial email exchange or phone conversation. We then will provide a quote for this work based on a number of factors, such as, type of project, urgency of project, skill level of project, estimated time to complete project, along with other factors.
Ensuring your project is delivered on time Once you are happy with the quotation along with your satisfaction in our understanding of your project we would then give an estimated time for completion.
Your central point of contact with Business Virtual Assist Utilizing our team of Virtual Assistants we would then assign your project to an individual VA or a team, depending on the type and scale of your project. Through all stages you will have a central point of contact in your lead VA who will be there to resolve any enquiries and provide status updates on your project.
Review and approval Once the project is completed the work is forwarded through to you for your review and approval.
