What services can you not provide?

There are not many services that we can’t carry out for you and your business. By using our own extensive expertise along with that of our partners we can bring projects in on time and below budget.

What software packages do you use?

We have extensive experience in dealing with all Microsoft Office products as well as more bespoke task/industry specific packages. Contact us today to detail your requirements.

Who do you work with?

Where we do not have the complete expertise range in house to deal with a specific project we would liaise with one of our trusted partner organisations who are leaders in their respective fields. Each of these partners are selected for their professional service and undergoes quality checks and testing prior to working with Business Virtual Assist. Your Virtual Assistant acts as project manager and coordinator for any work undertaken by our partners, thus ensuring that our high quality is maintained.

Do you have a minimum/maximum size of project that you can carry out?

We have no limits to the type, size and scope that we are willing to consider, contact today to discuss your requirements further.

Do you offer credit terms?

We do offer credit terms to our more established clients once a satisfactory payment history has been maintained. Adhering to this policy ensures that credit control actions are minimised with the resulting cost savings being passed through to all clients. For new clients we would ask for either full or part payment dependent on the size of the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept payment by Bank Transfer to our nominated account and payment by Credit or Debit Card through PayPal, our payment provider. We no longer accept Checks as payment.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer free trials currently. Do to the bespoke nature of the work we undertake for each client it would be difficult to put this in place. We offer a high quality, professional service and we are happy to provide testimonials from our clients to reinforce this.

How do you ensure my confidentiality?

With each new client we ensure that a Confidentiality Agreement is completed. We have our own copy for use by our clients, but are happy to use our client’s version subject to review. All systems are fully secured and backed up and entry to all Business Virtual Assist systems and information is dual password protected through secure randomised password entry.

When working with partners we ensure that our own standards are maintained in the transmission of data and information and all partners are subject to Confidentiality Agreements and have agreed systems in place for the removal of all client information and data once their part of any project has been completed.

In what format do I receive my completed project?

We are happy to provide your completed project in any format or delivery method you require.

What guarantees do I have regarding quality and my projects being delivered on time?

Ensuring that our clients work is finished on time and to a high standard is the only guarantee we have that we will go on as a business. Every project, however large or small, goes through a step by step checking process before being finally submitted to the client for review. This ensures that any potential issues are rectified prior to the client receiving the completed project. If in the unlikely event that a mistake was found by a client we would ensure that this was rectified as soon as possible.

When providing a quotation for a particular project we will provide an estimated completion time that will take into account the project complexity with a contingency always built in to ensure we deliver on time. If the project is urgent in nature we will provide an honest appraisal of whether the project can be completed in the desired timescale.
